Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the MatchPhotos Affiliate Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully as they outline your responsibilities and rights as an affiliate, as well as how commissions and payments are handled.

1. Enrollment

To join the MatchPhotos Affiliate Program, you must submit an application and receive approval. Approved affiliates will receive a unique Stripe discount code, which will provide customers with a 10% discount on MatchPhotos services. This code will be used to track your commissions.

2. Commission Tracking

Your commissions will be tracked based on the revenue generated by your personal Stripe discount code. Each time a customer uses your code at checkout, the system will record the transaction and calculate your earned commission. The following rules apply:

• Customers must use your discount code during checkout for the commission to be tracked.
• Only valid and completed transactions will count toward your earnings.
• Fraudulent, refunded, or canceled transactions will not be eligible for commissions.

3. Commission Rates

Affiliates will earn 30% of the revenue generated by purchases made using their personal discount code. This percentage is calculated after the 10% customer discount is applied.

4. Payment Schedule

Payments will be made at the start of each month, based on the total revenue earned through your discount code in the previous month. The following conditions apply:

• A minimum threshold of $50 must be met for payouts. Balances below this amount will roll over to the next month.
• Payments will be sent via the payment method provided during your application (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal).
• It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote MatchPhotos ethically and in accordance with our brand guidelines.
• Provide accurate information to customers about the discount code and its benefits.
• Refrain from using spam, misleading advertisements, or any illegal marketing tactics.

6. Termination

MatchPhotos reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program for any reason, including:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Failure to generate any referrals within six months.

7. Changes to the Terms

MatchPhotos reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
