MatchPhotos.io provides an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate enhanced photos by uploading their images. The Service uses advanced artificial intelligence algorithms to enhance and modify uploaded images, providing high-quality outputs tailored to the user's specifications.
MatchPhotos.io is a paid service that requires a one-time payment to access and use the full range of features. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Pricing: The price for using the Service is displayed on our website. All payments are to be made in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. If you do not agree to the price change, your sole remedy is to cease using the Service.

No Free Tier: There is no free tier or trial period offered for MatchPhotos.io. You must make a one-time payment before accessing the Service. Once payment is completed, you will have full access to the features of MatchPhotos.io.
We stand by the quality of our Service and offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the Service within 7 days of purchase, you may request a refund. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@matchphotos.io with a statement of dissatisfaction. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
Refund Conditions: Refunds will not be granted in cases where there is evidence of misuse of the Service, such as uploading images that do not meet the prescribed guidelines or deliberately attempting to sabotage the AI's performance. Refunds are subject to our discretion and may be denied if we determine that the refund request is not made in good faith.
Our Intellectual Property: MatchPhotos.io owns or is the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Service, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Service (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks").
The Content and Marks are provided in or through the Service "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use only. Upon termination of your account, MatchPhotos.io will retain the rights to any content you uploaded under the license granted herein, except as otherwise stated in our Privacy Policy. MatchPhotos.io respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and such infringement is occurring on the Service, please notify us at contact@matchphotos.io. We will process and investigate your request and take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws with respect to any alleged or actual infringement.
